She works with adults, couples and families. Jill specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress and trauma issues. Her work focuses on helping clients make healthy adjustments to life transitions for themselves and their families across a spectrum of life transitions including educational decisions, career changes, divorce, retirement and aging are also areas of focus.

Jill is a down to earth, engaging and compassionate therapist who believes that individuals are shaped by their relationships and experiences. Using her empathy and warmth, Jill empowers her clients to explore their difficulties, gain insight into their lives and accomplish their goals. Take the GPG Symptom Checker

At Greenwich Psychology Group, our symptom checker helps clients track their symptoms of depression or anxiety. Taking the assessment doesn't provide a formal diagnosis, but it can help you determine what next steps you may need to take. The evaluation uses a series of questions to review the feelings and symptoms you've experienced over the past two weeks. The results will help you distinguish if professional help is the best next step.
